My Story
My musical journey commenced at the age of 6 when my mother enrolled me in classical piano lessons. A decade into it, I realized classical wasn't my path; instead, I delved into the realm of music production. Harnessing my classical foundation, I composed music for bands throughout High School and College, utilizing platforms like FL Studio, Reason, and MPC 3000.
Upon my move to California in 2007, I cultivated an obsession with music production. A year of mentorship with an audio engineer student laid the groundwork for vital engineering basics. Subsequently, I immersed myself in the world of YouTube, absorbing tips and tricks from the Pros. In 2011, having saved up, I invested in my first pieces of outboard gear (API A2D and a pair of EL-8 Distressors), marking the beginning of working with my initial set of paid clients.
My audio engineering journey has seen me wear multiple hats in diverse production environments, ranging from major label studios such as Different Fur, The Grill, and Oscillation Studios to startup and pop-up studios. Along the way, my passion, curiosity, and relentless drive to create the world's best music have only grown.
